Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept payment through Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
5. Shipping
We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
My Mega Store's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
